Many homes are sold this way and whether you get your foot-in-the-door early can mean the difference between you buying your dream home or missing out on it.
An off-market property is one that the seller has no desire to put on the MLS. Some sellers do not want the hassle of listing their property, having open houses, and having random strangers through their home; however, they are willing to show and sell the home to select buyers.

The Mower Group is under the David Lyng Real Estate brokerage, which is the largest in Santa Cruz County. Each and every week we have a meeting and these listing are presented to the brokerage.
